Give each slot a purpose

The official loop includes ordinary loot, furniture, and items that matter back at the Outpost. Decide whether the run is seeking direct use, progression, or sale value.

A bulky or risky carry can be worth less than a modest item that completes the next upgrade.

Compare a pickup with the run objective before filling the slot.

Include the distance home

An item's value is not realized until extraction. As the route grows longer and crew condition worsens, the return cost rises.

When a new item appears, compare it with the weakest current carry and the risk added by taking it.

Use current in-game values

Do not rely on a copied launch-week table after balance patches. Check the current build and note the version with any price reference.

If a value is not reproducible, present a priority framework rather than a false exact ranking.
